01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to use the Site and place orders.

02Accounts

When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

03Products, Prices and Availability

Product images and descriptions on the Site are indicative — actual products may differ slightly. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We make every effort to keep product information accurate, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with incorrect details, we may correct the error and cancel the affected order with a full refund.

04Vehicle Fitment and Compatibility

Year–Make–Model–Engine selection, VIN and registration plate decoding help us suggest parts for your vehicle. Fitment suggestions are indicative — vehicle variants, trims and aftermarket modifications can affect compatibility.

Always verify the OEM part number and your vehicle's exact specification before ordering or fitting. For critical parts, confirm fitment with our support team or a qualified mechanic.

05Orders and Acceptance

An order placed on the Site is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm it by email, SMS or WhatsApp, or when the product is dispatched.

We may decline or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or payment failure. Where payment was already taken, a full refund will be issued.

06Payment

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Card payments are processed by our payment gateway partners; we do not store full card numbers. COD may be subject to order-value limits.

07Delivery

We offer express hub delivery (for example, 2-hour delivery in select cities) and standard courier delivery to other locations. Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on stock availability, delivery address and order time.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed and offer remedies under the Returns policy below.

08Returns, Refunds and Warranty

You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Wrong, defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded, including return pickup where applicable.

• Items such as opened lubricants, fitted electrical parts and custom items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Manufacturer warranty applies as per the brand's terms; we will help you raise warranty claims.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method (or by bank transfer for COD) within 5–7 business days after approval.

09Services and Bookings

Services such as battery testing, check-engine-light testing and hub or partner-garage services are subject to availability and booking confirmation. Our technicians will confirm the work and the estimate before proceeding. Service outcomes depend on the vehicle's condition.

10Rewards Program

AutoG Rewards points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or be withdrawn in accordance with the program rules communicated on the Site.

11User Conduct

You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Site; scrape, reverse-engineer or copy the catalog, fitment data or other content; place fraudulent orders; or upload harmful or unlawful content through part scanning or any other feature.

12Intellectual Property

The Site's content, design, logos and software are owned by AutoG or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names, logos and trademarks shown in our catalog belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify products. You may not reproduce or republish Site content without our written permission.

13Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and the products sold on it are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that fitment data is accurate for every vehicle variant.

14Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss or vehicle damage, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

15Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoG and its partners, employees and agents from any claims, losses and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

16Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these Terms, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

17Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all issues amicably. Please contact our support team or grievance officer first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction set out above.

18Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, network failures and regulatory action.

19Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

20Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
